AI Training Modules
INAI4SME provides VET teachers and educators and SME workers and learners with the opportunity to improve their skills and competencies in the field of AI. Our aim is ro contribute to the digital transformation of VET and SMEs to encourage innovation and the development of transformative contents that help learners become an active part of the labor market.
The project has produced both theoretical and hands-on training modules, which are available on the Open Online Course Platform. This platform provides a collaborative digital workspace to support the learning methodology and deliver the learning materials. Unlike other platforms, a mentor handbook has been developed to guide users on how to use the system in a more accessible and efficient way.
The platform will:
- Guide companies' employees and refer them to the relevant learning materials
- Provide communities of practice and discussion forums to facilitate communication between companies and academics in specialised fields
- Make understanding of the field of AI theoretical, applicable and accessible to all employees
- Enable SMEs to become more innovative and proactive, by providing collaborative possibilities for both education providers and SMEs
- Produce reports on the research and innovation to inform VET and SME representative bodies and allow them to adapt their AI services based on these needs
By successfully attending the Open Online Course, learners not only will have acquired in-depth knowledge on AI, but will also be rewared with a participation diploma.
In-depth explanations and lessons on the content of the modules can also be found on the official INAI4SME YouTube channel. Educators and learners who are interested into increasing their knowledge on AI technologies can do so by watching the educational videos produced.
