AI AND MACHINE LEARNING
INAI4SME addresses AI learning and analysis by offering training materials and contents to SMEs and VET institutions and companies
As Artificial Intelligence technologies rapidly develop, the need for businesses to keep up with recent innovations in this sector increases.
However, the knowledge and skills of employees in the workplace when it comes to AI technologies are very low.
INAI4SME addresses this gap by developing an innovative Artificial Intelligence Framework within the scope of the EU Artificial Intelligence Strategy and Rules on Artificial Intelligence.
This framework will:
With Industry 4.0, new job definitions have emerged, but the education system has lagged behind in adapting to it.
Course curricula in AI tech lack in providing the qualifications needed by the workplace.
The offer in higher education must be refreshed and updated in order to adapt to changing skills needs to the digital transition.
INAI4SME will develop a curriculum that:
As AI technologies are being rapidly integrated into business life, employers and employees alike must remember the importance of assuring respect and equality in the workplace.
Keeping up with the global changes and keeping a strong bond with technology is a crucial priority that our society has to resolve.
INAI4SME will develop a digital pedagogy for educators and learners that promotes gender equality and addresses differences in access and use of underrepresented groups.
The Open Online Course Platform (OOC) will:
Our project helps businesses and institutions develop and improve:
INAI4SME provides training materials and content which assist businesses and institutions to shape the future of their worklife.

Artificial Intelligence, or AI, is a term representing a range of techniques that allow machines to mimic or exceed human intelligence.
AI learns through data-driven processes. In machine learning, AI models are trained on data, adjusting their parameters to make predictions or decisions. Reinforcement learning uses feedback from interactions with an environment to improve over time.
AI offers enhanced experiences, personal assistance, and automation of repetitive tasks. In addition, AI can make devices more energy efficient and allow us to interact with them in more convenient ways.
The biggest challenges AI models face are how to be more power efficient, how to learn from less data, how to learn from unlabeled data, and how to generalize across multiple tasks.
INAI4SME provides training modules that combine video lessons, interactive digital exercises and hands-on modules that can make learning about AI technologies more accessible to employees in the workplace.
AI automates certain tasks, which can lead to shifts in job roles. While some jobs may be automated, AI also creates new roles and opportunities in AI development and maintenance. AI can assist in creative tasks and data-driven decisions but does not replicate human creativity and intuition.
